Does this version fix the Junkyard dog? In the previous version he just kept walking back and forth and wouldn't acknowledge the doghouse I built for him.
What you can do is to send him to another settlement and resend him immediately to tenpines bluff and if it continue to go to the other settlement select him in console and type resetai

Require a clean save for v1.0 users: 1/ uninstall v1.0 - 2/ save game - 3/ install v2.0
