In addition of the 2 existing settlers in Tenpines Bluff settlement, this mod add 5 npc's.
- 3 Guards (defense 18) - 1 Non assigned - 1 Dog (defense 5)
- 4 Beds for the new npc's - Dirty repaired house - Food 12 - Waters 6
The settlement is guarded, has food, beds and water with a minimal impact on fps. Require Wasteland workshop for the fire barrel and far harbor for the house pillars.
