I don't really understand how that work. First, what does your mod actually do? Does it place new magazines into the leveled lists? Does it use ObjectSwapper?
Second, is that a template for a standalone mod? Or do I need to keep thismod in load order too?
Third, can I have multiple addons for that mod working at the same time?
in the mod there are a bunch of spongebob placeholder covers for the comics, you have to download the template in the optional files paste your own image into the template, export it and then replace the placeholder
I love the concept. Thx for sharing. But not clear on whether they will be out in the world,..to be discovered in our travels, or simply settlement decorations in our workbench
so i have the 80 pack and i wanted to add more so would i be able to have the 40 pack active with the 80 pack without them interfering with each other? so i could have a total of 120 custom comics
Carreau created the damaged magazine texture. It is originally from Worn Magazine Resource Files. Since permissions were open, I just included it for me and others because it would easier when creating custom comics or templates. I more than likely will not do anything with billboards and sign.
I am probably going to release bigger versions soon a 60 and 80, but yeah I used both Creation Kit and xEdit. Creation Kit is useful for me when I am creating a lot of variants of the same object. xEdit helps me see what I did when I messed something up and I correct it there. If creating more comics be sure to also get Material Editor when copying and creating material files. So, they get right file path to the new textures that you create.
There are two options to choose from 40 or 80 comics. All you have to do is replace the default comic textures with your own. You can also rename the comics through xEdit if you want to. The current comic names that appear in game are names like Custom Comic #1.

Any chance of doing something similar to the "CCF_RESOURCE" folder for the various billboards and signs around the world?
