- Non-feral Ghoul NPCs become Nanakochan NPCs
- Built off of Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch & Vaultman - Enemies and Bosses, so some Ghoul NPCs might be tougher than normal.
- If you have other mods that add Ghoul NPCs, they will likely not have their appearance changed.
- ESL-flagged ESP file; so you can change where you want it in your load order without it counting towards your ESP plugin limit
Known/Potential Issues:
- If you have other mods that add Ghoul NPCs, they will likely not have their appearance changed.
- A few random encounters has a regular Ghoul NPC spawned in as they are pulled from a list/template
