Could please explain what you mean by load order in terms of what Horizon advises, I'm following the Horizon installation guide on their mod page and they have their own way of organising their load order, with all other Horizon patches being placed right after "Z_Horizon_DLC_All.esp" but before "Z_Horizon_DEFUI.esp". Should I still do that or should I be dropping your patches to the very bottom of my load order?

These standalone patches go where it says (Most ESP patches can go here)

Would be extremely helpful to add the original mods these patches are for to the "Required" field on the Description on Nexus.
Comments on the Horizon Discord say UFO4P doesn't need a patch, so what does your patch actually do?
The UF4P adds stuff like pickup-sounds to a few missing items, and "unimportant" stuff like that. So yes not really needed,
one suggestion - put 1.9 in the name of the mod - will make it easier to find - especially after it drops off the "new" files.
