Hello, I really like this mod and I was wondering if you could apply the effects of Improved Kellogg Outfit (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/37931) into this one? It would be really nice, maybe as a different version of the outfit in case other people don't want it.
I love the idea behind this mod, and really do believe that the sole survivor deserves a more personal outfit. For instance, to my first point, taking the armor off of the dead body of the man who killed their spouse and kidnapped their child and putting it on while in search of their last family member feels symbolic, and the idea of making it more personal to themselves by wearing it over their jumpsuit, as if in rush to continue their search, makes it feel that much more personal.
oh also... I honestly think you should make the crafting recipe be one 111 Vault Suit and one Kellog's Outfit. It makes more sense, especially since, unless I misread, you can only craft it after killing him anyway. I don't know if that's too much to ask, as I don't have any modding experience when it comes to actually making them, but I do feel like this would make more sense than a single piece of cloth being the recipe. Again, sorry if this is too much of a bother. Also, sorry if this is too much to read.
No joke, I had this same thought. An optional file for that crafting method would do the trick.
Now, adding the ability to separate the 2 again later would be alot of work I feel.
I have acouple other mods I planed to use to recreate this mod. (Before finding this just now of course)
Vault geaser, the one that has a large customization variety. And a mod that gives u Kelloggs arm piece as a combat armor piece.
I thought I'd just have to put up with any clipping. HOWEVER! This mod, does the same thing but better as, I already have NEO, ECO, LEO, and LAB! No clipping worries.
I'm still going to test putting the separate Kellogg arm mod ontop of this mod and see if they perfectly over lap or not. If not, doesn't matter anyway. ECO allows u to paint armor invisible! So I'll just do that to a normal piece if it comes to it.
that was the intention at the start but that would mean destroying two unique armors/clotrhing to make another and some might want to keep them, I can try to find a way to implement it but i have no idea if the crafting options take outfits as options, tho i can try it
right now you should be able to use ballistic weave with it, as for the proto vault suit thing, feel free to try if it works but I'm not so sure it will
Nice work. Not too many modders bother making male outfit these days. Any chance for variations? I like to use it with leather armor but the Kellogg steel shoulder and arm bands will clip I'm sure.
so in short what you would like is just the base pants and shirt/jacket without the improvised metal armor of the outfit so you can wear other armor pieces? dunno if its actually possible but I can see what I can do

Yes I think it will look better with your mash up than a military fatigue. Because your mod fits the gritty, dog-eat-dog world of this game.
