Please note there are A LOT of attachments and skins, in order to see/access them all you need to have your current SKS you want to modify equipped. This is a Bethesda side bug as far as I know so there isn't much I can do about it.
If you have the M1 Garand Mod or SVT mod, load this mod after them to avoid any conflicts - I haven't heard of any so far, but just in case
I've updated the sound data in xEdit in the newest version 1.0.5 , hopefully this solves the weird muddy sound bug once and for all - or maybe people just don't like the sound? I uploaded the original sound files as an alternate sound maybe you'll like them better
Please read the description, chances are your question has been answered there
The Laser Garand conflicts with my SKS animations - targetedfox posted a patch - see her "posts" page for full details
If you experience a huge bug watch the videos about this mod to see how it should be working to give you hints what you might've messed up - if you still can't figure it out let me know
One last thing, if you experience stutter with 4K try the 2K, if you still have stutter try upgrading your memory to a faster read/write speed. GPUs don't matter as much in Fallout 4 compared to your SSD or HDD read write speed when loading textures, meshes and materials - I'll be working on downscaling the least important textures even more
Just wondering wether or not the auto version is possible with xedit or not? tried to remove the suicide effect and copying properties from other automatic receiver and it did make it full auto but, it is doing this strange thing where the aimed full auto is as fast as semi auto yet the hip fire and third person full auto is way too fast. Is there a way to make playable full auto in this mod with just Xedit? or is further tinkering required for example on the animation?
by the way the mod is amazing as it fits right into fallout. If there was an apocalypse i imagine the guns to be exactly like this. coolest lore friendly rifle hands down.
Classic Holstered Weapons Support: Hi. Your mod is not compatible with Classic Holstered Weapons. I believe the issue is due to a "Skinned Vertex Flag" on the mod's nif files. The fix for which is documented here. Could you adjust your mod to enable support?
Feel free to update or use whatever you like. Rolling back CHWS fixes all gun mods that have skinning issues instead of patching each one, so update is optional.

I made a better version built off AnotherOnes SKS mod.
Use this version instead if you want a lightweight version.
