Wondering if this could be applied to the vendors of this mod? It seemed to work with the vanilla items, but not when I went in and wanted to drop my t3s into newly made settlements at don't-have-that-perk-yet levels.

I don't know why these are more picky than the others but cap collector and whatever leadership / other perks are definitely still required for them.

Sorry for taking so long to answer.

i could make a patch, the only problem is that i would need permission. Ask the author of the mod about it, maybe he could do it for you, or let me do it.

Ahh, yeah, I am gonna guess that won't happen, as the maker hasn't appeared to do anything here for almost a full year. :/ (including addressing any of the bugs on that newer version of the set. I have the older one myself but still.) Ah well! I'ts not like I'm hurting for xp or perk points :D

The perk requirements have driven people a bit nuts ever since the game originally dropped. I have seen (and made for myself) .txt documents that consist of Local leader one and two (among a couple other annoyances), a mod very recently adding magazines that grant it to the crafting house at Sanctuary, and now this. (In the interest of cutting down on my screaming script load, I'm sticking to the deal I have, but more power to you all!)
