VERY IMPORTANT
This mod has alot of edits to the horizon level list and that can and will cause serious issues with a ton of mods. Its very important that you use xEdit to correct all LevelList issues that comes with Full Overhaul mods like Horizon. The best course would to make a custom patch for all your mods. Its an easy fix with limited need for xEdit.
Almost all mods edit the levellist for example if you use this patch and my backpack of the commonwealth patch you will have to edit the levellist to fix them to what is needed for horizon to work. Not looking at levellists in xEdit can fork things up.
