In Horizon, using the generic Bolts gives you a Perk that will reduce limb damage allowing you to have
better Hunting results since destroying the body of a creature can give you less results. This patch
applies that perk to a few other weapons.

S.R.O Syringer Overhaul syringe changes

Crafting syringes has changed. You now have to craft the main component of the syringe,
then you can craft the full syringe. This was done because you now gain Chemistry Skill
from crafting and you still see the full description of the syringe.... -
Encumbrance Rebalance for Horizon
What this mod does:
When you are over-encumbered
You can still run and it doesn't drain AP
You can't sprint
You can't fast travel
Your AP regeneration speed is reduced by 75%
You cannot aim down sights
Agility -5
Damage 2hp and 5 leg damage/tick
Strong Back changes:
Rank 1: Acquired at level 4, gives you +25 carry weight, worn armor weight reduced by 10%.
Rank 2: Acquired at level 4, gives +25 carry weight (+50 total), worn armor weight now reduced by 20%.
Rank 3: Acquired at level 17, gives you +25 carry weight (+75 total), worn armor weight now reduced by 30%.
You no longer suffer any S.P.E.C.I.A.L. penalties when over-encumbered.
