Mod doesn't work for me, giving error that I'm missing master dcc-dialog-helm.esp
Edit: Nevermind I am a dumb idiot, this mod requires https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/24480 to work, which in turn also requires F4SE to work, which is stated in the description but I just overlooked it. However, this mod seems to unequip even the underlying headgear as well such as hat+glasses. I found that mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/34813 does have a feature for saving the underlying headgear, and also has automation for removing the power armor helmet in dialogue, equipping saved headgear, then placing the power armor helm back on once dialog ends without using the hotkey. I believe that mod makes this mod and the original unnecessary, at least for my use case.
On a side-note, I seem to be having a couple of occasional issues:
It sometimes removes the helmet then immediately puts it back when dialogue starts, then repeating that with every dialogue choice.
Much rarer than the 1st issue, but I sometimes get locked in place briefly when dialogue starts. Then I get kicked out of the Powe Armour, but my characters head is the Power Armour helmet (stretched down to the floor) until getting back in the Armour.
No. Affects only player and you can wear whatever PA you whant. But if you will encounter any problems with compatibility you should check original mod description and posts section.

Removing the helmet automatically turns off your helmet lights.
