I've just released a first version of facegen data for the NPCs added by Horizon. It's meant to be used with X-Cell Fallout 4 that fixes facegen to work properly. If you encounter an NPC with no head, please find its BaseID using Better Console and report it here so I can identify if I can fix it through this patch.
Thank you so much for the TMR guide! It's great and much appreciated. I am wondering if the Who's The General Horizon patch still works with WTG updated to 1.11?
First of all, thank you very much for your work. I don't speak English, so this comment is using translation software. I have a problem when I crouch down in the first person while wearing a Mojave bulletproof vest. The material model appears in front of me. I don't know if it's my problem or if it's something that came up with the patch. Thank you again for your great work!
The patch for Who is the General needs to be loaded like any other patches, below the main Horizon plugins. The patch for You and What Army needs to be loaded just after Z_Architect_Homeplate.esp as it requires it.
The patch removes a lot of the mod content (backpack HQ, special effects) to streamline it and make it easier to balance with Horizon. The backpacks are now only available through the equipment lab. The different models for each backpack are still available but are only cosmetic.
I'm getting errors with the newest versions of the X-03 and X-02 patches:
Record [NPC_:00000007] in file Fallout4.esm is being overridden by record [LVLI:FE005007] in file CC X-03 - Horizon.esp Record [MISC:0000000A] in file Fallout4.esm is being overridden by record [OMOD:FE01A00A] in file CC X-02 - Horizon.esp Record [NPC_:00000007] in file Fallout4.esm is being overridden by record [OMOD:FE01A007] in file CC X-02 - Horizon.esp Record [STAT:00000001] in file Fallout4.esm is being overridden by record [OMOD:FE01A001] in file CC X-02 - Horizon.esp Record [STAT:00000005] in file Fallout4.esm is being overridden by record [COBJ:FE01A005] in file CC X-02 - Horizon.esp Record [DOOR:00000004] in file Fallout4.esm is being overridden by record [COBJ:FE01A004] in file CC X-02 - Horizon.esp I have the patches loaded after CPAM: Z_Horizon_CPAM AOSuperAlloysCohesion CC X-02 - Horizon CC X-03 - Horizon (I do have more plugins than this though and can post my full LO in discord if that's helpful)
No there is no patch for 1.9. Patching STS requires an insane amount of work because every scope on every new weapon has to be adjusted manually. 1.9 added a lot of new weapons making the patch even more complex. I will never update the See Through Scopes patch for 1.9. Use this if you want to see through your scope: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/29922, it's compatible without any patch.

Where do we need to place the patches in proper load order for who is the general and you and what army?
