BUT I HIGHLY RECOMEND 2 MODS
1. Immersive Vendors (by Xgrufijury): i`ve used the size of his modded shops! Again it wont affect anything, it`s really just the size of things... and it`s a cool mod to have to.

2. PCPO - Power Conduits and Pylons Overhaul (by CVedant95 and Revan7even): Again, i`m lazy af, so i`ve placed 1 or 2 effective pylons over my settlements. If you guys dont want to, the settlements will be dark inside the houses, so... i really recomend unless you want to power and wire everything yourselves =/ sorry

But nothing impossible. I like all of them. Simply, works and the happyness in Sanctuary starts at 100, so Achievement unblocked
I try to find some lazy guy as me for a blueprint of bunker hill. Covenant mehhhhhhhhhh...and the airport mehhhhh for me... but Bunker hill needs a blueprint.
Thank you!!!!
edit: Nevermind. Seems I overcomplicated the solution and a reinstall of Transfer settlements may have solved the issue.
Though on topic of issues, it would be good to have a list of what to scrap. Some places /scrapall works well but Abernathy farm is missing tons if you do that there.
EDIT:
I am an idiot. I used better console and clicked on a lamp post. It was last edited by Relight (WWE). My bad. I did not know it moved the electrical snap point.
EDIT 2:
Can you please add them into the folder structure of .\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints\<here> and change to Vortex download + manual? That way it is just ready to install.
I've just had CTD and freezing issues when I've done that myself and want to know if I should be worried.
