- Original Patch fixed/created, my personal BotC.esp was modified by a different mod
- Clarification of which mod uses the optional patch - Lunar Fallout Plus - Backpacks of the Commonwealth

- Balance adjustments to chest armor kevlar (50% better than regular combat armor) = (TotalDR-20%=weight)
- Kevlar chest armor start to drop after level 15

- keyword add ObjectTypeArmor for compatibility with TruePerks with no dependency
- removed keywords for ballisticweave on underarmors and armor pieces
- new patch for lunar fallout overhaul so the outfits will have a ballistic weave included
