   I can confirm this mod does work when installed manually.

      Ahh thank you. I thought the mod was broken, but it just seems that the mod creator messed up when making the mod work for Mod Manager Download.
      
      Although it is a shame the mod maker didn't let you set values lower than 1. I'd use survival options, but that mod is borked for me.

      I've only used this mod with mod manager download and have had no issues. I use MO2.
      
      EDIT: I realize now that this was from last January, not this one. Sorry for the necro.

   Can I use this with Better Locational Damage? I've enjoyed BLD but the fact that it makes enemies harder to kill and in turn makes YOU easier to kill kinda bothers me. I hope to even things out with this mod.

      I'm using it with BLD and it seems to work just fine. The difficulty is up due to armor having a bigger impact, and I've changed the multipliers for this mod to enemies x1 and player x 1.5. I'm still having a challenge but it's not overwhelmingly difficult.

   I'm playing fallout london and this mod doesnt seem to work with it. Even when i have everything set to 100, the damage stays the same

   Can you make the damage taken mult go down to .50 and .75 like in vanilla very easy and easy mode?
