   The path specified for installation doesn't exist for me. I don't have an F4SE folder in my Data folder, nor do I have a plugins folder anywhere in the Fallout 4 game folder. I use MO2 normally so I've never needed to manually install a preset. 
   - edit - nvm i just added the folders in manually and it works

      where exactly did you put it i cant figure it out where its supposed to go because that file path isnt in my computer as well

   so when i download it and move it to the preset folder its still a 7z file and not a json like it should be. what am i doing wrong?

   I am very close to getting Kim like the pictures. But the lips/mouth my game is giving her isn't quite the same - it's rather severe looking! 
   Dantemk2, did you use a mod in your build that might have affected the mouth shape?

      Me too, the face texture is a bit rough even though I have the required mods.
      I tried the Unfair Skin at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com), copper skin color, remove the eyes makeup, and it gets closer to author's pictures.

      Looksmenu allows you to change virtually any npc's look. Just grab a female companion of your choice, open Looksmenu using commands, apply the preset and boom.
