Well to be honest, because I am lazy and I didn't feel like making it use the handmade rifle animations or ammo from Nuka World. lol.
I pretty much use the SMG animations on most of my guns for a reason, and that reason is because many of the other weapons end up making the first person model HUGE, and I play mostly in first person and in PA. It's pretty much my personal preference and a lot of these guns are for NPC's to use in my game anyway. So yeah, that's why it uses the SMG animations.
If someone wants to make a patch for it, I have no problem with it, I just don't want my OG mod changed to it.
I have some picked out that I like, and I might upload them at some point. I don't take requests though, so you will just have to see what I decide to make.
Hey Ragnarr1313, the original resource by Frostoise indicates the license format as CC Attribution. You'd have to give proper credit in the description page.
If you look in the credit section you'll see that I did. Not only did I give them credit for their work but I also provided the link from where I downloaded the model like I do with every model that I use.
That's what the permissions and credits section on the main page is for. I just happen to be one of the few people who actually use it for what it was designed for.
Nowhere on any of my mod pages does it state that I'm the one who owns or made the models used.
The Nexus does not require that I put the information on the main page in the description section.
In the future you might want to look in that location on someone else's page before you decide to act like "Dudley Do Right" to call them out on something that they actually did. Lol
I just work with what they come with. I don't bother investing a bunch of time in them. I figure if people want to retexture them for their own game, they will. But yeah some of the stuff has really nice textures and some of the stuff not so much. Lol
