Ahh, I wanted to set up the Riot Shield differently for NPCs but that went nowhere so I'm just gonna release this for now... and yes I'm aware about the Shield Framework Texture Pack mod.

- Script-Injected into various lists
- Super Mutants can't use this weapon... for now
- ESL-flagged ESP file; so you can change where you want it in your load order without it counting towards your ESP plugin limit
Known Issues
- I found that the Riot Shield sometimes doesn't block melee attacks in my testing but maybe it's cause the enemies were on top of me or really close to me
- When using the Riot Shield in Power Armor, 3rd person animations use unarmed animations, doesn't wield it correctly, & doesn't block attacks correctly... for now. In first-person it works as it should.
