Yes the refill from terminal is something I still can't figure out how to make it work... In theory it will refill a small portion every 3-4 days, as merchants ingame refill their stores in wed and sunday. On my tests it adds like 3-5 items every refill... so if you wait for a month you'll probably find 30-50 items inside.

Doesnt seem to work? ive installed it a few times now and its only worked once the terminal also wont refil the locker or unlock the door
It doesn't unlock the door??? That's another thing... Have you found the key holotape below the terminal? Did you unlocked terminal with names minigame? Maybe you picked the door?
