A New Deluxe Version Is Now Available. Please Read Description. New Pics Added! ALL HAIL NEEHER MODS!
I removed the Looks Mirror from the requirements and the build itself. I replaced the Nuka Cola Victory on the Dinning Table, as I had accidently removed it before I started the Reinforced build! I added lots of new features as well as fixed a few "issues" that bugged me personally. See description for details.. You do not have to remove the foundation of the wrecked Prewar House at the top of the hill, just the left over Steel Frame that sits on it. This is the Final Variant, but I may revisit the Reinforced Version to fix that wall I goofed up when I was designing it.. lol <3
P.S.
I also repositioned the Radio Antenna and Added a small Solor Panel to the rooftop. The light over the Weapon Rack and Armor Mannequins should now function. This should also fix the random power loss issue.
P.S.S.
If you are using the a Personal Vertibird Mod and the Vertibird gets confused on where to land and you have built a Fast Travel Mat, remove the mat to see if it helps.
I also found that if I told the Vertibird to "Go Home" versus "Fly to Sanctuary".. etc; it seemed to always land on The Pad. Also, also if I just told it to "Return Home", while I stayed behind.. The Game always places it "Dead Center". Again, I'm using the Flyable Personal Vertibird Mod.
Looks Mirror "bug". If when you go to use the LOOKS MIRROR, added by either The Basic or Reinforced Version and you get teleported under the foundation..
You must first no-clip or Fast Travel out, then go into Build Mode, select said mirror, store it and replace it.The Looks Mirror is located under either Furniture > Containers > Miscellaneous or Furniture > Containers > Mods (SMM).
Apparently, the mirror does not like to be built by TS.. it's not a big deal. If you haven't done so already.. I do recommend either waiting in another loading cell for a few days or just save and reboot the game before you make any changes to the blueprint.
As mentioned earlier this morning, I contemplated filling in the broken basin wall and well.. I kind of got caried away a little.. ok, A LOT xD I spent the last 6 hours zoned out and this is what I came up with. It is not compatible with Version 1.0, it actually uses the same building, only now there is a Big Dam Wall.. ("I see what you did there!") Cheers!
I love it. I'm using the first version (already had it built) and fell in love with it at once. Coziest little player home in the Commonwealth. Truly a gem! I've got several followers milling around and nobody is in anybody's way. Very nice design. Thank you. Endorsed!
Isn't it cool how everyone just.. finds their way around? It's kind of trippy on how fast they learn the geometry of this design!
The only trouble spot I found is the quick access "porthole" to the stairwell. Sense it was only intended for the player character, it didn't bother me much.
I noticed that too. But yeah, sat on the upper deck watching the evening, one follower on the lower deck, another at the table in the room behind me, the other two downstairs. Can't say enough how much I am enjoying this home, and i don't normally use anything but interior cells.
You have a phenomenal talent for building believable spaces, and given me some thoughts of how to struggle less with making some of my own Sanctuary water plants, so double thank you.
When I build these, I'm constantly thinking about "does this look like something anyone could build?" It's only during the Decorations Fase that I try to get tricky. In that way, it still allows each build to be "special" or atleast original.. a signature Adama Design!
I also have to remember that I couldn't do it without the hard work and support of the community as a whole. The Mod Authors who allow us to use their items, Bethesda, for giving us The Engine and great people like you, whom in the end.. make it all worth it!
I'm sorry your having trouble friend, perhaps this will help. I myself had trouble in the beginning, but luckily once TS is set up, it's pretty much plug and play.
