Fix for the Infamous Floating Grass bug from True Grass.

To set the record straight. This fix was from Dashboarderian. Give all your thanks to him. He deserves it.
This Fix contains a Texture Replacer and was given permission from L00Ping to be uploaded. (Had to ask on YT as L00ping doesn't visit Nexus all that much anymore)
