Using the "Godrays for NAC X" will cause the "moon over glow" issue, as described on that mod's description.
Using "Real water HD for ENB 2" will cause white shimmering around objects during weather "Clear", using the MCM settings you can easy change to "Clear Sky" instead.
Can MO2 now install to game root (where the exe is) by now? (i dont know) If not, you would need to install it manualy, just like you installed ENB / Reactor / NAC X. And just to be save, make a backup copy / rename the original file.
No console commands ummm to be frank I'm fairly new to modding and have been crash coursing. I forgot how I even got it to work with no lag but it's looking sweet now, even the moon rays look sexy. I installed PRP Ultra Int/Ext Patch
AFA load order it's (youre suggested LO): PPF.esm (way at the top under UOF4P) ... about the middle... UltraInteriorLighting.esp PRP-Compat-UIL.esp god.esp UltraExteriorLighting.esp PRP-Compat-UEL.esp ... Near bottom because I have a few other Previs patches... PRP.esp
I'll try to get a screenshot when I see a full moon again.
For the crashlog I would advice to go do the crashlogger or crashlog analyzer (classic) mod page. Always provide the full crashlog - and its report (if you use cclassic) via pastebin or on the according discord. with just snippets (parts) noone can help.
Basicly, the content (enbseries.ini) needs to be within the (virtual?) game exe directory. If that is possilbe by MO2, idk... at worst you make a manual backup of the existing enbseries.ini and extract it there (drag + drop from 7z to explorer)
I dont know MO2 well enough, sorry. Hope this helps
However, 'this' refers to the preset. And with Vortex you can install "this" to the game root directory, if you set the mod type to ENB. One just needs to deploy after that change and voila :)
Because this preset config, requires ENB (binary) and ENB Reactor to be installed beforehand.
Without knowing MO2, you can always drag and drop the ini file to the game root directory. Just make sure you backup the existing enbseries.ini file beforehand.
Based on the log - and from memory of what I had changed - yes it should.
But I would need to update Reactor myself and start the game to be able to say or certain. But currently dont have much time to play (by which i mean i would need to check at least 6 different places +day/night in order to verify) :(
I know you said to disable it, but will this still work with ENB Lights installed? P.S. It is still available for download but hidden for some reason.. Edit: I tried your patch and as expected because of ENB lights it didn't have much of an affect on my game. Can you make a version for ENB Lights or how would I go about doing that?
You can still enable ELO, but you'll "be back" to very (imo: over-) intense lens flares. (thast with default config) Meaning, reduce all flares again.
Get me right, I like flares, which is why I they're active, but since ELO was part of one of my collections, I've got several reports that the flares are "too much" for them. And for some reason, some had issues downloding it, even with me prefconfigured the download link to it for Vortex.
The only reason I've uploaded this preset/tweak, is because someone in a discord asked me to after seeing my screenshots - rather than just bundle it with my collection. I guess I could upload the 'initial' preset I was using together with ELO, however, this one has a slight different.. focus.. and I will not invest more time to make them 'the same' (or more similar).
I changed some.. S-Curves. On the other hand, you can use the NAC X MCM menu and set nights to be darker (or brighter). https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/65764
But if you still want to make it darker (talking about night time) , then I doubt that the ENB (preset) is properly installed. (aka is not) Please verify you've done the installtion steps as described on the front page.
Not sure I'm overly keen on the way it makes my character look in the Creation screen,(see pic I uploaded to your images ) any way to tweak it? Which setting should I fiddle with?
Yes, I'm aware that char creation is overly bright :( I've forgotten to add this as a "known issue" yesterday, but did about an hour before this post.
As i'm currently uploading my most recent changes of my collections - so i can actualy move data to my new SSD's, I'll probably have time to start digging into that by tomorrow evening.
If you want to fiddle yourself, all I could guess right now, is some "interior" setting - probably "Saturation". I kind of was most focused on "ingame" experience, because eventhough I spend lots of time in the char creation, I do spend more time "in the world" in the long run. But again, it definitly is on my "todo" list!

Edit: I meant my Thank you was really late. Stop being so paranoid lulz.
It was you who took 2 months to read.
I had to get rid of Godrays for NAC X anyway as I was probably doing it wrong and it caused problems.Edit: I changed some .ini settings I had missed and got a patch, now GR's look friggin amazingl
Are you refering to those console commands?
Arent even that many, and 'rather simple" (more like.. short) ones?

Was too early morning.

For ENB itself, you're right.
However, 'this' refers to the preset.

Its not listed as such.
Hence, no, you do not "need" it ;)
These tweaks work still awesome with the latest Reactor ENB (1.4.3).
As a matter of fact, even better than it used to!
Pitch black where there is no light at night (aka, you can not see anything, untill you use the flashlight).
Wonderfull lighting where there is light.
But I would need to update Reactor myself and start the game to be able to say or certain.
But currently dont have much time to play (by which i mean i would need to check at least 6 different places +day/night in order to verify) :(
Just tested, and it works quite well with the newest Reactor (1.3.9)
P.S. It is still available for download but hidden for some reason..

0.4
Fixed the lighting issue during char creation
Seemingly fixed Moon lighting
Seemingly fixed white shimmer issue as well.
0.5
Made nights darker again.
I mean I did mention "feel the horror" on the front page, you dont get that with bright nights ;)
