Added a optinal .esp that removes the broken toilet from the workshop menu, you will still see them where Bethesda has placed them.

Redone the animated toilet option, to make it so you can scrap the vanilla toilets and this animated toilet i had to make it so it does not replace the vanilla broken toilet any more...but it still looks old and worn as in previous versions of this mod.

Added a Optional .esp that replaces the non animated toilet with a working toilet just like the institute toilet (lift lid and sit on it), it still looks like the old and worn non animated toilet just like in previous versions of this mod.
