FYI. There is a bug, the ImmuneToRadiation Perk has been removed (seems to be accidentally, or it was missing before a game patch 1.xx). It is easy to fix via FO4Edit.
This mod must be seen in game to fully appreciate. I kept passing it up because in pictures it looked so subtle. I finally tried it because I wanted a preset that didn't require various hair and makeup mods. She looks really nice. Thanks.

If you're willing to fiddle with it in FO4Edit it can be changed pretty fast, just have to load Fallout4.esm, Sexy Cait.esp then expand Sexy Cait.esp, highlight the entry under Non-Player Character (Actor), scroll down to Head Parts and from there you'll probably be able to figure it out.
Just make sure you make changes to Sexy Cait.esp (you'll see the Header at the top) rather than clicking on the first set of columns (Fallout4.esm).
