I'm gonna put this down again, DO NOT directly place your weapons into the vanilla Leveled Lists, it messes with compatibility. Use DankRaftt's LL injection script instead when it comes to putting your weapon into the Leveled Lists. Use this!!

^ yeah some of the info here can and probably will lead to broken mods. I'd recommend the author rewrite his tutorial

This. Direct LL injection is a very dated method unless it’s for a very specific reason like Damn Apocalypse.

Thank you for pointing this out, I had no idea, I really appreciate you giving the fix I needed to make as well. The PDF has been updated with the correct information and a note has been left on the video. In the coming weeks I plan to release a short video on how to use Dank's awesome injector to replace the incorrect section of my original video.

Thank you again for pointing this out!

Only a suggestion for your Description page:

Being this a tutorial, I think that you should tell people that Texture Works DDS is for photoshop, and that there is an equivalent plugin for The GIMP.
I would also add a mention to the Nvidia DDS Tools :)

Very nice and comprehensive tutorial. Thanks!

Oh yeah, there’s also Paint.Net that has a built in DDS exporter. From there it’s personal preference

Thank you for letting me know! I mention in my video Gimp has a DDS plugin but I forgot to mention it in the written version, I'll add it now! Thank you :D

Also I had no idea Paint.NET had one! I left it out because i thought I didn't, egg on my face haha. I'll add that too :)

Main problem with GIMP plugin is that it does not handle (yet) BC7 DDS files but, if you like GIMP (like I do), and/or can not afford Photoshop (like me), you can always use Paint.net or NVIDIA DDS Tools to convert the textures.

Personally, I use Gimp to convert (png) normal maps to dds (BC5 compression I believe). For dds specular and dds diffuse maps, I use IceStorm's Texture Toolbox, which I can really recommend.

Wow, thanks for this. I've been wanting some mods for Kel-Tec weapons like the RFB, RDB and KSG. Guess I might have a go at making them myself.

Yeah, yeah I remember. I just need to AVOID making a mod too reliant on F4SE right?
Unlike MOST people, I don't get so butthurt from my naysayers.
Can YOU claim you can do better?
