      That guy has a mod which looks amazing the rain effects in the screen.

   Would really love a 2K version! Not sure how to optimize it myself. 4K is a bit too much as I'm playing in VR.

   I've installed the the mod using the Nexus Mod Manager and it installed in my Vortex Mods/fallout4 directory but it does not appear  in the game MOD LOAD ORDER list like my other mods.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling using NMM.  I'd appreciate any help to get it working.
