      I can, but i won't. I don't want to.
      
      The main point of this extra rank is to prompt players to play further to the game. If you want, if you have FO4Edit, you can just remove the requirements yourself.

      Yes, that's the required Science! Int-Level.

   Are there any mods currently that add modifications that require this perk? I know there is a pack of more modifications for the combat rifle that require the mod for gun nut 5, but how about for any energy weapons?

      I don't know man. But it's a modder resource after all, so it's here to help modders.
      
      Although i'm planning a Gatling Laser overhaul that requires this.
