Sooo ... what was Murkwater Construction Site good for again? Ah yeah, killing the mirelurk queen and call it a day. Well, I found this kinda underwhelming, and the settlement itself ain't the best place to live voluntarily either. Therefore I altered the area a bit to make it a bit less painful to build and give it a somewhat viable reason to pay a visit from time to time.
The mod removes the destroyed house and replaces it with a shack set up by the construction workers before the bombs fell to create a shelter for new building material they were bringing in, among with the most essential survival equipment (ie: a couch and lots of beer). And in order to make more out of the area, I added both a mirelurk nest and some extra mirelurks to several islands adjacent to the settlement to turn the area into a small hunting ground. Taking pot shots at targets which would would make you their next dinner in a heartbeat if they got their claws on you never gets old after all - unlike your targets. :D
As with version 1.0.1 I also added some extra details to breathe more life into the settlement and tell its lore: the sedan obviously had a flat tire, as someone tried to fix it when the bombs fell. And apparently there used to be somebody actually living in this settlement before the player arrives, as the shack now provides some extra raw material and a little extra - something lots of people in the Wasteland would give an arm and a leg for ...
(Disclaimer: the items you find in the shack will give you a hint which faction the former inhabitant belonged to, which all comes together if you also install one of my other mods: NRTea. Both will perfectly complement each other and give you an even better reason to pay this settlement a visit more often.)
