Did you ever figure out how to find the missing torso along with all the other weapons? I'm using Mod Organizer 2.5.0 as my mod launcher and I tried removing all of the other mods to prevent conflicts, and I still didn't get the the torso or all of the weapons. Nothing was on the roof as well. Did a recent update come out that broke this mod, or is it still working? I had the power armor as well. I had AWKCR running as well, but it didn't seem to make any difference if it was running or not.
I still cannot find a way to make those spawn. I tried to add them to the lock as the Ancester, but is not working. Same to the chest. I think some update would have broken it, I released this mod long ago and had recently came back to F4. Might take it a look, or maybe remake the mod from scratch...
Could not find the Fat Man after adding this mod, as the other posters have said. So I started a new test run fresh out of the vault with no mods in my load order except this one (I use Mod Organizer 2). No Fat Man (or anything) to be found on the roof of the cabin. I looked on the floor, and on the ground all around the area and didn't see a Fat Man.
The mod is definitely active- the power armor is there in the cabin, although it is missing the torso. As far as weapons, the top safe had a plasma sniper rifle and a revolutionary sword, and the second safe had a minigun, nuka grenades, and three more swords. But no Fat Man there either. The power armor torso is not in any of the containers either.
If you ever decide to work on this mod again, would you consider putting the 100 shot fat man in one of the safes? I would love to try it.
Thanks for the feedback, I'm sorry it's not working for you. I was using ECO and AWKCR, I didn't try without them but I didn't add those to the required mods thinking it should work without them anyways. If you're gonna give a try using AWKCR and ECO it may work.
About the last, yes, I thought of putting it onto the safe and I may do it at last, besides I like them to be on the roof but you're not the first one that couldn't use them...

If you found the PA, the 2 safe on the wall and the 3 weapons inside the cabin... the Area Masher (100 shot fatman) should be there too. Some runs I found myself searching around due to some explosions near the cabin made the fatman drop on the floor and roll away for some meters.
In case you don't see any weapons, nor PA, nor the safes; I'd tell the mod is not installed or not marked as active mod. None of the mods you show me has anything to do in the Vault 111 entrance map, or interact with any of modded weapons/items.
Surely there's other mod causing conflict of some kind. I would figure out what is it... maybe is a mod that changes vault 111 entrance. They are not on the floor neither in chests? Has T-60 PA a torso with jetpack?
I'm using a lot of the most popular mods and it's working fine to me, please share a full modlist I'd try to see what's going on
Maybe it's getting some conflict with other mods you use. Anyways, feel free to get rid of that PA and use the Invisible Jetpack along with the Antigravity Device. It gives you 1300 armor, jetpack and freefall, It's quite the same as wearing a PA.
While I do enjoy the MAYHEM explosive Miniguns bring to my foes, I lately find it EXTREMELY SATISFYING to watch my foes STOP MOVING when I shoot them with a Kneecapper "enchanted" full auto guns. Mobility is key, take that away from your foes and you can pick them off with glee.
