Most of the ammo in Fallout 4 should not produce sparks, but some should, .50 Caliber and 7.62 should have steel cores. Though one could argue the ammo is post-nuclear war and all lead, but post-nuclear war scarcity could make a good argument for steel jackets as the value of copper would be high. Cheap Russian style steel jackets could explain all the sparks.
I uploaded an optional file (download one or the other) that removes *all* bullet impacts, because there's not a simple, non-smoky impact in the game files. I'm not entirely happy with it, you can't see where your bullets land at all. I'll keep working on it tomorrow, but I need to rest soon.
Can you also make a mod where suppressors are much more louder as they are in real life? Also because they're louder, they'll wont help you in sneaking in close-range.
Lastly, can you also make a mod where gun recoil is very high when shot and applies to all weps, both vanilla and custom weps? This prevents people from going full-auto unless the need calls for it
I would love a new sound for suppressors that is not so quite but more quite than non-suppressed. Personally, I removed the silencing game effect from all my guns. Silencers are just too OP in this game. Once you get them combat is far too easy. I play Horizon but I could make that mod for vanilla and Hz if that's something people want.

I dont use EPO, just manually DL and drop the NIF
It may be a diff NIF name its been a few years but should work, replaces vanilla dust/smoke with a blank tex
