    How do you install this alongside the required file?

      You don't need the "required" file its just the preset the author based this one off of.

    Hey thanks for the mod, I love the 76 UI! That said, I have a question: does this interfere with the Sim Settlers 2 extra panels like the mod you linked does? It's not a huge deal but I was hoping it wouldn't.
