You might have a problem with the lashes not being positioned correctly in relation to Geneva eyes, in which case save Geneva face as a preset in the console SLM, make it your character's face, and apply a high-poly face seamless from MCM, which will probably fix the lash problem.
I will add another file where the lashes don't shift

I've added it as an optional file, so if you have any problems, post them here or in the bugs section.

Would it be possible to make this a charactor preset instead of a NPC replacer? I really like the look, but I rarely see Geneva in my playthroughs.

I second this. I'd love to have her as a looksmenu preset.

Yes, I am also extremely interested in the VivaGenivaNewLooks mod made available as a LooksMenu preset file, but only requiring Eyes of Beauty Vanilla replacer and using the Full non-balanced version of Realistic Facial Proportions?

[edit]:  I researched how to copy an NPC's looks to a looksmenu preset file:  1. Install VivaGenivaNewLooks (or the NPC look changer of your choice).  2. Meet the NPC in-game  3. open the console ~  4. It is possible to click on NPC to get their Ref ID, but I found it difficult so I just googled the list of Fallout 4 NPC Ref IDs  5. Get the NPC Ref ID and type in console:  slm 00002F0B  {warning: when I tried this before being near the NPC then game crashed, but Not corrupted}  6. Close console and the character looks editor should be on your screen showing that NPC  7. Go to tab Presets and Save it.  8. Close the looks editor  9. use console command:  slm 14  to edit your looks  10. load the preset you saved in step7.  And, as my older brother disclaims, "your millage may vary".  Enjoy.

I really like what you did here. eyes make the face look like a classic Fallout 3 npc. I always prefered fallout 3 faces so this is very good

Wow!  Although I already have MY Geneva well and thoroughly sparkling, your lovely & creative faces are definitely something I want to see in my game.  ALL three!  Time  to dust off FaceRipper and make some unique NPC Vendor or settler records.  Thank you SO much for sharing!  Will definitely endorse and kudos given.

Many many thank you, but first check out how these girls look in the game, they may not be what you thought they looked like.
If you have any problems, post them here.
