Amazing mod, this performance increase is nothing to scoff at. I was wondering why you have AllowTearing set to false in HighFPSPhysicsFix? Simply curious cause I'm running on SSD
With a large number of mods, my game only works with these settings. With yours, it just crashes to the desktop when you open your personal inventory or the menu of any merchant in my game. And yes, I have no performance issues even though my computer is outdated.
It seems to work okay for me, I'm using windows 11. Not sure if an older OS is the issue as the settings you've changed are disabling the os allocators
1) I have win10. I'm aware of the shutdown but I don't see any downsides? On the contrary, the game works more stable. You can read about the allocators and how it works specifically with Fallout 4 in the Internet. There еnough information. It works fine for you with your settings, for someone it works fine with the original ones. You yourself have now accused me of having a different Windows. And you didn’t think that each user has his own equipment and the resulting settings should be personal for everyone?! 2) I wrote above that the settings that I suggested are needed with a large number of mods, including those containing sprits. I have over 400 mods installed and many of them are very global and everything works with a bang (game data folder = 268GB). Case is not Windows version. And if your settings require exactly Windows 11 and a clean game, then write this in the description.
Personally, I don't see anything outstanding in your settings. Even vice versa. If I set your settings then I will get CTD. I also strongly advise you to read the user comments under the plugins whose settings you offer. Sometimes even such a trifle can bring more benefits than the ready settings offered from the outside. Good luck in all your endeavors!
If you use the plugins themselves, the settings for which are suggested here, then you must have a crashlog in the documents folder. Then you can understand what exactly is the cause of CTD and solve this problem. More than 90% of the time, an error entry will lead you to a solution, even if you copy it into your browser's search engine.

Have you tried playing around with these Buffout4.toml settings? For me personally, the game began to work more stable after these changes.

It reduced my long loading times to a mere seconds.
Also no infinite loadscreen anymore.
Thank you very much for this gem.
