About this mod

Moved Robot Workbench to crafting section, placable in homeplate and unlocked all automatron mods. You can craft any robot anytime without starting the automatron questline.

Update: Version 1.1 - Removed conditions on all automatron mods (NukaWorld Variants included), now you can craft them at anytime without starting the automatron questline.

  • I am aware that Automatron Unlocked exists, but they unlock the automatron mods via scripts and a quest. It is more more compatible, but also harder to troubleshoot, because you have decompile their scripts if you ever have a problem. 
  • My method does not require any scripts or custom quest. All I did was just remove the condition checks from constructible object entries. Easy to troubleshoot, just open my plugin in FO4Edit and every single change can be seen and edited.

Changed two records to DLC01workshop_co_CraftingRobot [COBJ:010036CE]in FO4Edit

  • Changed the keyword record in "BNAM - Workbench Keyword" to "WorkshopWorkbenchTypeCrafting [KYWD:0012E2C8]".
  • Removed the keyword record in "FNAM - Category (sorted)" and added "WorkshopRecipeFilterCrafting "Crafting" [KYWD:0012E2C7]".

Automatron Robot Workbench is moved to "Crafting" section inside workbench and is now placable where ever normal armor/weapon workbench can be placed, this includes interior buildable areas like Home Plate in Diamond City. Ada will recognise the robot workbench being built and you can progess the main quest as normal.

Inspired by Robot Workbench in Crafting Category, save me the time of finding what to change.
