   All I need to do is player.recycleactor. The problem is solved until I reequip the problem item. (Then I change it's bodyslot and it stays fixed)
   
   Edit: Oh, 21b3b is the Pip boy. I have a mod for removing and equipping the pip boy any time I want. That explains it.

      It does work but with issues for some reason using the recycleactor command on the player crashes my game to desktop. I have to save using the console because exiting the command line causes instant crash to desktop with no errors. I didn't mean to reply to your comment but here it is, not sure how to delete it.
