I built it using only from what I can recall from my memories of my younger days, just to see if I actually can, lo and behold... turns out I can.

I used strictly vanilla assets and some from the Creation Club contents I got for free during Bethesda's 25th anniversary event of the Fallout series.
Also, don't worry about the color, I simply used a retexture mod for the basic building parts so it shouldn't affect you if you choose to import it.
To those that know, the certain DIRECTION of the certain structure has MEANING.
