I don't use CC content, but potential conflicts are always a risk . . .
If another mod adds something to a cell, like an item, then it should be fine; the item will sit where it is or maybe drop to the floor. Same with a container. Adding a door to a new area shouldn't be a problem (which seems to be what Tunnel Snakes Rule does according to a wiki entry); moving or disabling parts of a wall probably will be - especially if there are any changes to precombines in the other mod.
Since that content is an esl and this mod is an esp, that will load first and this will override it. Best recommendation I can make is to check for conflicts in Edit and consider making a patch. If anyone does make a patch they are welcome to upload it.
Otherwise, the individual user will have to decide for themselves which mod to use and which not to install.
Taking into consideration that most people got TS content FOR FREE during the 25th anniversary event for Fallout, I think most people will seriously consider taking that risk.
But hey, I'm not denying the hard work you put into this, I just want to let you know...
