Adds a unique combat helmet and bos underarmor to the game.

Wanted to create a helmet that would go great with combat armor. The helmet itself is based off the TK troopers from bad batch. Not only did I add this helmet, but I added my own version of the pip-boy glove. Loved PrincessCake's pip boy glove so I decided to use her glove but applied it onto the bos glove. Plus, it goes along with the vanilla pip-boy.
The Modified Combat Helmet uses the same armor modifications as the regular combat helmet.
