Adds "No stock" and "Stub barrel" mods to the Pipe Assault Rifle, with an optional .38 version.

VaultSquirrel's Pipe Assault Rifle is everything pipe guns should have been, but I was disappointed that there were no submachinegun-style mods, specifically a very short "stub" barrel like pipe guns have and a stockless option like the Handmade Rifle has. So I made them.
The "stub barrel" and "no stock" options give no benefits, cost nothing to craft, and leave no mod in your inventory if removed. The stub barrel has the same stats as the standard barrel, it's purely a cosmetic difference. The no-stock option weighs nothing, so it's lighter than any of the stocks, but also gives no increase to bash, stability, recoil, etc. like the stocks do.
Since they cost nothing, they can also be used to swap parts between two rifles without wasting resources.
.38 Version
I wanted to use the Pipe Assault Rifle instead of pipe guns, so I made a .38 version. This is not a new receiver or pipe gun replacer, it just changes the ammo type of all Pipe Assault Rifles to .38, along with the following balance changes:
Base damage decreased from 21 to 16 (vanilla pipe guns are 13)
Standard magazine capacities increased from 12 to 15
Large magazine capacities increased from 24 to 30
Extra-Large magazine capacities increased from 48 to 50
To install:
1) Install VaultSquirrel's original mod.
2) Pick ONE version of my .esp and download it.
3) Either drop my .esp in your Data folder and overwrite, or use a mod manager, install mine, and disable or remove the original .esp. You could also just load my .esp after the original, but...why?
