I really like this mod, but I really wish the gore worked properly. Its really odd how when I blow someone's head off with a .50, their helmet is still attached to where their head was.
Mod makes the gunners very unbalanced, a gunner sergeant ate a mini nuke at point blank, and only lost half health... without the reintegration mod this thing would be hell. Also vats have 0% to hit on limbs and you can't cripple them either.
how do I use the mod I installed it with Vortex but nothing show up on the gunner or in the chem station. I cant find anything online about this. Does anyone have any ideas about what the problem is?
Hey, sorry for the late comment. But I'm having the same issue, I've got both files checked, even reinstalled the mod. And the armors are in game! (I've checked through the console). But the gunners still just have normal armor :(
I have a question regarding an issue I have been having with this and multiple other Armor mods. For whatever reason, when in VATS, legs and arms are stuck at always 0% no matter want. While torso and head is fine. I have noticed that this seems to apply to any npc wearing modded armor and despite looking around for solutions I haven't found one that really fixes the problem (I found someone with the same problem in bug report but no fix).
Additionally, I've also noticed while using live dismemberment from MAIM 2, the Gunners never actually loose their legs or arms, despite appearing so as they go on the floor when the right damage is dealt. U just don't see the visual representation of the leg being dismembered.
If anyone has a solution for these issues please let me know. I'd really appreciate any aid. I do apologize if the fix seems obvious. I am not the most adept at this process.
Does this change how the Gunners behave or their overall toughness? I started a new play and added this mod. Lvl 6, fighting 2 raiders, and a fire team of 6 gunners, 2 with lasers and 1 with a mini gun, rolled in on me and obliterated me. I reloaded, backed off, and hit 1 in the head with a sniper rifle 10x, barely budged their hit points. Raiders, super mutants, nothing else is as tough as the Gunner's are now, by an order of magnitude, and I'm trying to figure out why. This mod is the only one I have that is Gunner specific. And it's not their armor, I took their armor, put it on, and the next pack of Gunners 1-shot me.
