   The sound is very muffled and quiet, is this the same for you? Would it be better to replace it with the sound from another gun? And do not use MWGS version 1.2 Beta

      nope, I am using MWGS Version 1.1. The very latest. Than the BETA version.

      In my case I am using MWGS 1.2.0 BETA and I have compared the sound with The SCAR-H in Modern Warfare, shooting from the game just as I hear the one in the video for comparison. From what I hear, the MWGS version sounds very similar to the original video game, so it is possible that your problem comes from another side. Meyzieu has already commented in his F.A.Q. why both games will never sound the same.
      
      Does your SCAR sound the same if you disable the mod?, maybe the problem is in the mod loading order and for whatever reason, the modification is not being applied.

      Downloaded the mod, but the textures appear to be missing. Gun is just purple. Help?

      If you having a problem with weapon mod, as per Warfighterworkshop says, you need to download the textures. 
      
      This is only for MW2019 Gun Sound and not in textures.

   Just a tip, the required mod Scar Family has been updated with a different esp. You might need to update your mod as well.
