Initial release
Thanks to a wonderful mod Equipped Armour Weight Reduction made by Nebskungen and uploaded by Zopiahh I was able to adapt it's functionality for FROST and it's changes to perks.
Adds another effect to 'Strong Back' perk. Each rank of it will reduce equipped armor's weight. 1st perk rank: -15% 2nd rank: -10% 3rd rank: -10% 4th rank: -15% Totaling at -50% weight at max rank!
