Note: Changed the file version from 1.0 to 2.2 just so it matches up with the original DECAY mod. No actual changes to the file though.

This is a weightless version of Thumblesteen's Balance Patch (Beta), which should reduce the amount of mod ghoul items. I would highly recommend this as the original mod gives way too many items.
Use this OR the main file with the original D.E.C.A.Y.
