No More Twigs, Better Landscape Grass and No Grass and Debris! All but the last are here on The Nexus. NGaD is from Bethesda.net
True Storms and AWKCR are listed in the blueprint but there are alternatives.. It's up to you. If you want to use AWKCR, but don't want the dated crafting benches, there's a patch available for that.. I use it! My game runs great!
Something I forgot to mention, regarding the settings for Importing This Blueprint. Make sure you select "Import Marker Based Items". Otherwise you won't get the Smoke and Fire FX that I added to the Fire Barrels, Fire Pits and the Steakhouse Chimney. Atleast that's been my experience.
Also, the Climbable Ladder behind the aforementioned Steakhouse can be activated by clicking on the bottom right hand side of the ladder on the right. The one closest to the oil lamp.
Lastly, as I've mentioned before if you want to speed up the Import/Export Speed of a Blueprint.. try aiming the game camera down at the ground. It will increase your FPS slightly and decrease the load time by about 10%.. give or take.
I built the gate, myself. "Scrappy Signs" was only used for "Goodfeel's" (the tavern). All the buildings were all made from scratch, thanks to Snappy House Kits.

I couldn't have done it without the hard work and creativity of the MULTITUDE of Mod Authors that are featured in this design!
