I have had only one problem. My settlers working at the bar do not want to ever leave, or ever sleep. I used your mod as a centerpiece and placed the vanilla bars on the outside of it with "Place anywhere mod," and so far it seems to work getting the bar workers to leave and sleep. As to some saying settlers go places around the bar they shouldn't, I personally have not had that experience. I place vanilla chairs in front of the bar and the settlers use them with no issues.
Thank you very kindly for your mod, your time and your efforts.
Well, the description does say it is open 24 hours. How else could that happen if they leave or go to sleep? Unless you were able to assign two workers.
Truth Rules.. if you had not commented on the Curved bar, I would not have clicked the photo to enlarge it :) and 'consequently' had to see a Ghoul.. do you react to friendly gestures of comical lightness.. with contemptful insult.. all the time?
I use an idle marker mod - Settlement Activity Markers - to draw customers anyway. So, mine are rather lively places after the settlers stop working.
I also use the other idle markers for dancing, clapping, from that mod etc...
I typically build some pretty dive bars and night-clubs (with stripper poles) too... but we won't bring that up in depth... least not with the wife looking over my shoulder. ;)
Settlers seem to think that they should stand right behind the bartender to order drinks which is very creepy.
Need to add like a customer seat to the bar either as a separate furniture piece or as a part of the bar. where settlers will walk over and sit down, this would bypass the whole turn up at the shop and fail to actually not be a complete creep.
Yeah I'm not sure why that is. I've seen the same thing with the vanilla bars too. As for seating, if you have the mod Project Mojave, there are barstools you can place around the bars that play a drinking animation. That's what I used for my screenshots and adds a bit of immersion.
Ahhh thankye, very nice. Allways dissapointed me that settlers sit down for like 20 seconds and get back up again after a very short time, I mean who doesn't commit to a good long sit?
There are add-on nodes, used to place actors around workshop furniture assets, eating noodles, drinking coffee etc. You'll see them in the workshop script in the CK, and also the positioning of the nodes in NifSkope
By default, unedited, the nodes appear on the marker entry point, as in, gathered around the settler assigned to the furniture.
You can remove these nodes from the script and the nif without affecting functionality
in this mod: 'Easy Homebuilder And Working Double Beds' which is available on Bethesda in the Furniture/Chairs section of that mod's designated menus are nice looking Bar Stools which have an illuminated ARROW on the ground showing in workshop mode so you can place them realistically at the Bar Counters :) they ALWAYS work and ALWAYS attract alcoholics
Now the bars will truly look like they belong there (looking like the Third Rail stand, for instance), so thanks a lot. Still, I believe the 8 variants are the ones shown in picture 2 : may I ask if you plan on making them modular (snappable pieces) so we can build longer or shorter stands ?

Thank you for your work and sharing.
Endorsed, and kudos to you.
EDIT: and, for some reason known only to
himself, a twit attached his post to
mine instead of adding it to the thread....

Love the mod by the way.

Anyway, that is some fine work.
