This is a framework for you to edit and make it work for your weapon mods, watch the video to learn how to patch your attachments within minutes using automated scripts. tutorial starts at 3:25



This is a edited version of T.A.S credits to Kaelle 

Craft the tool kit at a chem station and you can modify the equipped weapon based on the attachments in your inventory, or what you allow to be patched in.
The limits of what can be changed are based on what you want to add, so you can add only scopes and or muzzle attachments.

I fixed the animation issues that were reported using my mod No crafting animations.

Known Issues:  

  • It removes legendary effects from your weapon as it spawns a new weapon with selected parts.
  • Removed Settings tape as it is the source of character freezes, which means only equipped weapons can be modified, if you want to mod more than one weapon at the same time find a bench. 
  • Disabled scrapping of equipped weapon.
  • When you use it while wearing a power armor you leave the armor with pieces of the armor still equipped, when you leave the menu, you enter the armor and everything goes back to normal, it's not game breaking (CTD) 
  • I'm still running around looking for loop holes
