Your esp file won't stay activated and I can't move it in my load order. I think it's related to your BA2 file. I've reported this to other mod authors in the past, using BA2 file, but nobody will listen to me. Maybe you will. I can extract and use the textures, but that's not addressing the issue. It's probably in the way you're creating the file. That would be my guess. Oh and I don't care if other don't have this issue... I do. That's what matters.
