Removes the steamy mirror effect from the beginning of the intro mirror scene.
Edits the intro scene script (QF_MQ101_0001ED86.pex) to make the fade in black instead of white.
Removes the sink sound and the squeaky mirror wipe sound.
Removes the intro cutscene.
