This is an replacer patch for Locky Bastard, which integrates it into True Perks, which adds the effects of Locky Bastard into True Perks.
- Conflict Resolution - Forms compacted and ESL flagged - The entire mod is now gated behind locksmith, you can only shoot/kick/explode locks you could also pick, this was done as a balance choice, to keep players from being able to access late game content at level 1
