Added Nuka-Cola Quantum Cane, & Nuka-Cola Quantum Cane Glow. Changed name of "Root Beer Cane" to "Nuka-Cola Wild".

Swapped out the nifs to the one that the game uses. Fixed the nifs in each pattern not having the correct texture paths. Also added (probably useless) normal maps & specular maps to each pattern.
